Altitude client EcoTech Marine on Newsweek “College Kid to Millionaire” List

Altitude Marketing client EcoTech Marine was recently named on the Newsweek Online list, “College Kid to Millionaire.” The list profiles ten companies that were started in college and have now flourished into successful, multimillion-dollar enterprises.

EcoTech Marine was listed #8, ranked with such giants as Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Sergey Brin and Larry Page (Google) Michael Dell (Dell), and Bill Gates (Microsoft), among others.

EcoTech Marine began in 2003 as an engineering project at Lehigh University. While still in school, co-founders Tim Marks and Patrick Clasen received funding to begin manufacturing VorTech aquarium pumps, linked up with fellow co-founder Justin Lawyer, and EcoTech Marine was born. Today, EcoTech Marine is a successful international company that was recently named #302 on the Inc. 500.
