Altitude Marketing Donates $2,500 to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Altitude marketing, an integrated marketing agency serving technology-focused B2B companies and manufacturers, recently made a $2,500 donation to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help the non-profit’s efforts in blood cancer research, education and patient services.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is a cause that Altitude continues to support through donations and participation in fundraising events. Most recently, Altitude’s Laura Budraitis and Caitlyn Monaghan took part in a local cornhole tournament and fundraiser to “Flush Away Cancer.”
“Here at Altitude, we believe in corporate philanthropy, and we are proud to have a strong sense of community involvement within our team,” says Gwen Shields, Chief Operating Officer, Altitude Marketing. “We love to support our employees who are involved with non-profit organizations, especially ones as driven as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which provides groundbreaking research and treatment for patients worldwide.”
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LSS) is the world’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to fighting blood cancer. Since 1949, nearly $1.3 billion has been invested by LSS to research treatment and cures. Through fundraisers across the nation, LSS offers patient and family support services to those affected by leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma and provides outreach in communities to spread awareness of rare blood cancers.
