Altitude’s Louis Holzman Named to Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40

Louis Holzman, Director, Business Development at Altitude Marketing, an integrated marketing agency serving technology focused B2B companies and manufacturers for more than 17 years, has been recognized as a 2021 Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 honoree.

The annual Forty Under 40 list recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Honorees, chosen by the Lehigh Valley Business editors, were selected based on professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change.

“The Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 is a great accolade. I am honored to be part of this group of outstanding individuals who are making a difference throughout a variety of communities and industries in our area,” says Holzman. “That said, all praise and recognition for this award go to my community, colleagues, volunteers, family and friends who help run the organizations I am involved with day in and day out.”

Holzman, 28, joined Altitude in 2016 as Manager, Business Development and was promoted in 2019 to Director, Business Development. Holzman’s key responsibilities in his position include triaging sales leads for Altitude, prospecting for new leads and driving agency revenue through new business acquisition.

In addition to his full-time role at Altitude, Holzman is involved in a variety of Lehigh Valley organizations and community initiatives. He is a founding member and Vice President of the Allentown Young Professionals nonprofit and was selected by Allentown Mayor Ray O’Connell in 2018 to serve on the city’s Arts Commission.

Holzman is also a volunteer coach and serves as Web Services & Marketing Director of the Allentown Youth Soccer Club 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which his family has been involved with since he was a child. He regularly volunteers with both the Pediatric Cancer Foundation Lehigh Valley and the Civic Theatre of Allentown, and he is a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters Lehigh Valley. Holzman’s most recent venture is in business, as owner of Queen City Realty LLC, a small family business focused on real estate and multi-family housing rentals in Allentown.

“Louis’ drive, determination and dedication – to Altitude, to the community and to constantly bettering himself and with those with whom he interacts – make him an ideal team member,” says Andrew Stanten, President, Altitude Marketing. “He leverages his never-say-never attitude to always push himself, Altitude and the community to new and better places.”

“This year’s Forty Under 40 are a dynamic group of leaders who are dedicated to their professions and to community service. They are committed to inspiring change and to making the Greater Lehigh Valley area a great place to live and work,” says Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of Lehigh Valley Business. “We are pleased to recognize these young leaders and look forward to their future accomplishments.”
