Weldon Photography Wins 2010 Baddy Awards

Altitude Marketing is tickled pink to announce that Weldon Photography has won the 2010 Baddy Award!

Weldon Photography triumphed over Life Stage Financial Solutions and Lehigh Valley Suits to become the “worst of the worst” websites submitted in the competition. The grand prize is a brand new website, valued at $7,500, built to Altitude’s exacting standards of excellence.

Best of all—the website will have a user-friendly content management system that allows Weldon Photography to manage the entire site without the help of an outside developer—including adding new pages, uploading files and photos, managing news and events, and more.

Why the “Baddy Awards”?

The Internet is chock-full of websites that suffer from uninspired design. Maze-like navigation. Poor copywriting. Weak search engine optimization.

That’s as true for the Lehigh Valley as it is anywhere else. And by golly, we’re tired of it.

As founders of the Lehigh Valley Web Beautification Project, we believe that every business deserves a good-looking, hard-working, easy-to-navigate website that attracts and retains customers—and that can be easily and quickly updated.

Is that really too much to ask for? We don’t think so.

Gwen Shields As Altitude’s COO, Gwen Shields oversees client-facing systems and processes to improve service and retention, ensuring production operations run smoothly and effectively. Her exceptional problem-solving skills and technical knowledge allow Gwen to understand and guide Altitude’s core base of technology-focused clients.
Gwen earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and worked in information systems and tech sales before becoming a part of Team Altitude in 2008.
