We’re Hiring: Marketing Automation Coordinator/Assistant

Production position with great attention to detail to get email marketing and landing pages launched with all proper connections, audits and quality control also to assist set up of sales funnels beginning to end with leads flowing from organic or paid media.

A small part of the position will be cross-trained in setting up paid advertising. Once a digital strategy is created and a campaign brief is agreed upon, this position will help set up and launch using the digital marketing launch strategy.

Priority 1 – Be a High Performing Team Member – 5%

  • Attend team meetings and participate
  • Use the Team Communication Playbook as you engage with team members
  • Follow all company SOPs
  • Daily and accurate time logging
    •  Log a minimum of 35 client billable hours per week
  • Follow company conflict resolution norms 
  • Seek and complete necessary training to improve skill level and share what you learn
  • Participate in Stand ups, team meetings and training as scheduled

Priority 2 – Marketing Automation Set Up – 50%

  • Assist in setting up Zapier automations for lead flow
  • Test site form notifications and post-submission flow monthly
  • Build out landing pages for digital campaigns
    • Communicate with design to have a template created
    • Communicate with content to make sure there is updated copy for pages
    • Create pages for use in digital campaigns
  • Email marketing
    • Create emails with existing content and templates
    • Test to client and internal peers for review before sending
    • Ensure target list is accurate
    • Schedule send on the predetermined send date

Priority 3 – Analysis & Reporting Execution – 20%

  • Ensure conversions and leads are being tracked in both Analytics and ad platform monthly, continually checking and documenting the audits
  • Report any website user irregularities in comparison to typical traffic
  • Keep reporting dashboards up to date with most recent data and platforms each client is using or advertising on

Priority 4 – Digital Advertising Execution & Management – 25% This is a future cross training opportunity

  • Build and launch digital campaigns
  • Pause and schedule digital campaigns
  • Create conversion actions in digital ad platforms
  • Keyword research for search ad campaigns
