As Vice President of Client Success, Laura leads the Client Engagement team with a focus on strategy, performance, and operational excellence. A member of the senior leadership team, she oversees client retention, growth, and product delivery across a diverse portfolio of B2B accounts — ensuring every partnership is built on trust, collaboration, and measurable results.

Laura sets the vision and standards for Altitude’s client experience, driving consistency and high performance across departments. She provides strategic oversight of key client relationships and leads initiatives that strengthen account profitability and elevate the agency’s overall client delivery model.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and account management, Laura blends creativity and strategy to help businesses grow. She is passionate about mentoring her team, fostering a high-performing work culture, and building partnerships that last.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from DeSales University and lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys running, live music, and exploring the outdoors with her family. She’s an active community volunteer with the Greater Lehigh Valley Youth Athletics, Girls on the Run, and the D&L Heritage Half Marathon Committee, and she co-founded the Andrew Budraitis Foundation, which provides annual scholarships to Lehigh Valley veterans and graduates.
