Altitude Marketing, an integrated B2B marketing agency serving national and global technology-oriented companies in life sciences, established manufacturing and enterprise software for over 19 years, was named to the Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business 2023 PA Empowering Women List.
The list recognizes companies and organizations that strongly commit to supporting and empowering women in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Empowering Women is designed to showcase tangible and innovative efforts by companies, law firms, nonprofits and other organizations to advance women in the workplace and community. Empowering Women honorees were selected by a panel of judges from the Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal leadership team.
Altitude is proud to be recognized for its dedication to supporting women through initiatives that encompass workplace benefits, hiring criteria, and team-building events. These efforts underscore Altitude’s strong commitment to nurturing an inclusive environment that empowers women.
“Recognizing and celebrating the contributions and achievements of the women on our team has been an important part of our culture,” said Laura Budraitis, Partner and VP of Client Success at Altitude Marketing. “With a staff made up of more than 60% women, we knew it was important to create and promote an environment that allows them to feel equal and grow professionally. Over the past year, we have promoted three more women to leadership roles and will continue to develop our team for professional and personal growth.”
To that end, Budraitis noted the various ways Altitude ensures its culture of empowerment has room to expand and evolve.
“We have created a series of events to inspire and empower our team of women to be the best version of themselves in and out of the office. It includes events focused on healthy lifestyle, building confidence, and financial independence. We are truly grateful for our team of women and all they bring to our organization and are honored to be named to the Empowering Women List.”
