Altitude Marketing has expanded its content team this month with the addition of Matt Schoch as a Content Marketing Coordinator. The seasoned integrated B2B marketing agency–turning 20 this year–continues to invest in production talent as it caters to national and global companies across the life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and enterprise software sectors.
In his new role, Schoch will craft technical content for Altitude and its diverse range of global clients to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic and generate high-quality leads.
“At Altitude, we hold a firm belief in the power of words to inspire, inform, and engage. That’s why when we seek writers to join our team, we look for individuals who embody the essence of exceptional storytelling,” Jeff Kotran, VP of Brand Strategy, said. “Central to our criteria is a writer’s background and their unwavering passion for the craft. That’s where Matt fits in great with our team.”
Before joining Altitude, Schoch was the operations lead at Direct Learning Systems, where he managed student services and staff, led project and course curriculum development, and contributed to marketing efforts by crafting educational copy, overseeing the blog team and newsletter, managing email campaigns, and crafting advertisements to drive enrollment. Passionate about education and writing, Schoch is a creative writing instructor for incarcerated students.
Schoch earned his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in professional writing and mass communications from Kings College in 2021. During his time there, he was actively involved in campus life, contributing to the campus newspaper, serving as an editor for the literary magazine, tutoring at the writing center, and participating in cross country and track and field.
