As Director of Web Technology, Foster leads the development of website and digital applications that drive results for Altitude and its growing roster of B2B clients. With over 15 years of experience, he brings a user-focused approach as a versatile designer and developer, specializing in creating engaging, intuitive digital products. He approaches every project with a problem-solving mentality, ensuring solutions that deliver exceptional results.

Foster studied Computer Information Science at Gwynedd Mercy University before founding his own web development agency, Satori Design. Since then, he has served in leadership roles at Transeo, Better by Design, and Emerald Origins, and was most recently the Chief Technology Officer at the healthcare technology startup Veer. Across these roles, he deepened his skills in web development, UX, Figma, and automation technologies.

Outside of work, Scott stays active and adventurous, whether he’s on the ice playing hockey, carving down the slopes on his snowboard, or exploring the great outdoors. A lifelong music enthusiast, he also enjoys DJing—blending beats and creating playlists that match the energy of any crowd. For Scott, these passions provide the perfect balance of creativity, adrenaline, and connection.
