Altitude Marketing, an integrated marketing agency serving technology-focused B2B companies, will kick off a learning series this month at the Durham Chamber of Commerce.
The three-part series, titled “Small Business Marketing on a Budget,” will be led by Rebecca Sipes, Altitude’s director of client engagement in the company’s Research Triangle Park office. Each session will cover marketing strategies and best-practices tactics that can be easily implemented by small businesses who are lean on resources and time.
“Our decade-plus experience working with start-up and early-stage companies gives us a firm understanding of and empathy for the unique needs and challenges of small businesses,” said Sipes. “Small businesses are the heart and soul of the economy and we enjoy sharing our expertise with business leaders and entrepreneurs who are creating jobs and driving our economy forward. If attendees walk away with two or three ideas or tips to make their business more efficient or profitable, we all win.”
The first session, “Marketing Your Small Business on a Budget,” will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 8:30 a.m. Attendees will learn:
- How to determine what marketing mix is appropriate for your business;
- How to choose effective channels to communicate with your customers and prospects;
- How to set priorities;
- How to invest the resources you do have and make the most of low- or no-cost marketing tactics.
