Altitude Marketing, an integrated marketing agency, has launched a new website for the University Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP), a nonprofit network that fosters and enhances the value of academic and corporate partnerships.
As a result of spinning off from its previous parent organization, UIDP required a highly functional site that would serve as the epicenter of both marketing and content/information dissemination. Altitude was challenged to create a website that includes dynamic UX (providing different content automatically for member and non-members), a rich registration/access system, integration with their external systems and social media and events calendars.
“UIDP’s new site needed to accomplish two goals,” said Andrew Stanten, president, Altitude Marketing. “First, the site needed to serve as a primary vehicle for the organization to communicate with its members. And second, it needed to serve as an entry point for others who want to learn more about the organization. Altitude’s job was to ensure the UX enabled just that. Working hand-in-hand with UIDP, we were able to develop information architecture that met both of those audiences’ needs in a streamlined, intuitive manner that’s accessible both on a desktop or handheld device. We are thrilled with the outcome and are confident that UIDP’s users and prospects will find the site useful and straightforward.”
