Altitude Marketing’s Rachel Labelle Named a 2026 Lehigh Valley Women of Influence Honoree

Altitude Marketing is proud to announce Rachel Labelle as a Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence honoree. This marks the third year in a row that an Altitude employee has earned a spot on the list. The 40 annual honorees are selected based on “professional experience, community involvement and a commitment to mentoring,” according to LVB.

As Director of Digital Marketing & Advertising, Labelle spearheads digital advertising strategies for Altitude’s roster of global life sciences and manufacturing clients. Additionally, she manages and mentors three junior digital strategists. Labelle is also a key member of Altitude’s internal operations team, where she helps oversee and refine processes that enhance Altitude’s operational efficiency and quality.

“Labelle’s influence shows up most in how she leads people,” said Jeff Goldenberg, Altitude’s Vice President of Digital Advertising. “She has mentored several women at Altitude and is the kind of leader who builds confidence and trust, especially for those navigating different stages of their careers. She creates a supportive environment where people feel seen and encouraged. I’ve witnessed her impact in the smallest moments, like stopping by a teammate’s desk for a quick check-in or casual conversation that lifts the mood and brings a genuine smile.”

Labelle’s community leadership extends beyond the workplace. As Communications Team Chair for Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering, she leads volunteer and fundraising communications for an organization that provides overnight shelter during the coldest months of the year. Her work ensures volunteers and supporters stay informed, connected, and engaged.

Labelle also volunteers monthly at the shelter, serving hot meals and helping create a safe, welcoming space for those in need.

Labelle will be honored, along with the 39 additional honorees, at DeSales University on May 6, 2026. See the 2026 Women of Influence list here.
