Andrew Stanten, the president of Altitude Marketing, taught his fifth seminar at the Lehigh University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) on May 14.
In the SBDC “Marketing 101” seminar Andrew covered a variety of topics including market research, positioning, messaging and different forms of tactical outreach including website design and development. He also told about his experience starting Altitude Marketing as an entrepreneur himself.
“The bulk of the seminar, much like our approach to marketing, is focused on having a firm strategy and working within the constraints of a budget,” said Andrew.
The Lehigh SBDC provides consulting services and educational programs to entrepreneurs and annually consults with over 1000 small businesses in Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. The SBDC is a member of the Pennsylvania Network of Small Business Development Centers and has served Pennsylvania small businesses since 1978. Altitude Marketing is a member of the 2009 SBDC Sponsorship Board.
