Altitude Marketing, an integrated marketing agency serving technology-focused B2B companies, the life sciences, and manufacturers for more than 19 years, recently promoted both Beth Balch and Alex Hernandez to Director of Client Strategy & Operations, a move that will help the firm execute more layered and iterative marketing strategies for clients long-term.
In their new roles, Beth and Alex will be responsible for planning and managing integrated marketing strategies for all client accounts. This includes assisting broader account teams in developing everything from “big-picture” strategic direction to on-the-ground marketing tactics. In addition, they will continue to help refine Altitude production team operations and work with the VP of Client Success to manage and develop the firm’s Client Engagement Management team.
Balch and Hernandez each have experience in client services and strategic account management, including previous roles at Altitude. Balch earned her BBA from Temple University Fox School of Business and Management and Hernandez earned her undergraduate degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
