Best Places to Work in PA distinguishes and celebrates outstanding workplaces in Pennsylvania across three categories: small, medium, and large companies. Rankings are determined by a combination of employee survey feedback (75%) and evaluations of HR policies, salaries, and benefits (25%). Altitude was the 2nd highest-ranked agency across all three categories and placed in the top 10 among all companies in the Small Business category for the second year in a row.
Since receiving the Best Places to Work in PA award in 2022, Altitude has made additional strides in nurturing its employee culture.
