Altitude Marketing, a 20-year-old integrated B2B marketing agency serving national and global companies in the life sciences, advanced manufacturing and enterprise software industries, recently welcomed Kit Fox to the sales team as Content Marketing Manager.
In this role, Fox is responsible for creating compelling, SEO-driven content for Altitude’s own website and our roster of B2B clients in the life sciences, manufacturing and software industries. Through blogs, case studies, client proposals, and more, he will lead efforts to share Altitude’s expertise and achievements with the wider world.
Before Altitude, Fox was an editor for national magazines like Runner’s World, Men’s Health, and Men’s Journal. He then transitioned into media strategy and audience development as a special projects director for Hearst Magazines and the director of membership for Lehigh Valley Public Media, where he helped launch the region’s first nonprofit digital news site. Through these roles, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and the ability to write copy that gets results.
In 2019, he co-wrote and published the nonfiction book Mighty Moe: The True Story of a Thirteen-Year-Old Running Revolutionary, showcasing his talent for weaving compelling narratives. This achievement underscores his dedication to storytelling and his ability to captivate audiences through impactful content.
In addition to content creation, Fox will extract critical information from subject matter experts and assist the Altitude content team in developing content strategies. This includes researching keywords, creating SEO content maps and tracking KPIs.
“Coming into Altitude’s 20th anniversary, we are making significant investments in our own brand, marketing, and content generation efforts,” says Louis Holzman, Director of Business Development. “We know that through targeted content marketing coupled with smart SEO strategies, we will catapult our visibility within the B2B life sciences and manufacturing marketing agency niche to drive lead generation, sales support and overall company growth.”
To that end, Holzman notes how bringing on Fox will be instrumental in streamlining Altitude’s processes.
“Bringing Kit on board to be the internal dedicated resource for these efforts was necessary and is already showing to be the right choice. With a dedicated internal ‘Altitude As A Client’ resource, our team has the bandwidth to focus on client work while continuing to push Altitude’s goals and initiatives forward.”
