Altitude Marketing is proud to announce Cady Darago and Molly MacDonald as 2025 Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence honorees. This marks the second year that Altitude employees have earned this recognition. Both Darago and MacDonald demonstrate leadership, community impact, and mentorship, earning them well-deserved recognition.
Darago earned a spot on the Women of Influence list for her career achievements and dedication to the community. As Senior Client Engagement Manager at Altitude, she helps clients create marketing plans that align with their business goals. Always ready to support both clients and colleagues, Darago also made the 2020 Lehigh Valley Business 40 Under 40 List.
Similarly, MacDonald makes the Woman to Watch list for her impact as an emerging leader in her field and community. In her role as Client Engagement Manager at Altitude, she manages various B2B accounts. She empowers her production team to deliver top results for clients. Her strong work ethic and commitment to client success make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond their professional roles, Darago is a devoted mother and active volunteer. As a volunteer at Third Street Alliance, she uses her marketing and design skills to create solutions that support long-term housing and stability. Additionally, she organizes holiday food donations for the shelter’s residents and clients.
MacDonald leads events like the Friends of the Poor food drives, the American Heart Association Walk, and United Way Cleaning Day. In addition, she volunteers with various organizations. These include the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber Young Professionals, Habitat for Humanity’s She Nailed It, Night to Shine, Grow a Row, the Lehigh Valley Heart Walk Team, and Aardvark Sportshop’s Team Vark Running Group. MacDonald also fundraises for and runs the New York Marathon with Allied Services.
Darago and MacDonald lead with kindness, grace, and dedication, setting a strong example for others. Their influence goes beyond the workplace, impacting their colleagues and the community. Their actions inspire everyone around them, making them true Women of Influence.
