The Industrial Designers Society of America this week named the VorTech MP60w ES a finalist for the 2012 International Design Excellence Award – a major competition in the field. The EcoTech product was entered in the Leisure & Recreation category.

To be considered for the award, applicants submitted a detailed application package that addresses recognized elements of innovation, benefit to the consumer, visual appeal and appropriate aesthetics.
