Katie joined Altitude Marketing as a PR intern in 2011. Her experience at Altitude led her to become an SVP for an award-winning PR agency.
Katie was an intern at Altitude Marketing from 2011-2012. She started the summer going into her senior year of college at Muhlenberg where she double majored in Communications and Theatre. She then stayed on board for the entire following year. Katie was Public Relations and did a bit of everything! From writing press releases and building press kits, to learning about clients on a deeper level.
“I owe my entire career to my internship at Altitude,” said Katie. “Having a year of internship experience under my belt was instrumental to me being able to land an internship at Burson-Marsteller (now BCW). Their summer internship program was one of the most competitive I applied for and without my experience at Altitude Marketing, I would have never been accepted. Having the BCW name on my resume opened so many doors for me after I completed my program and eventually helped me to land a PR job in New York City.”
Katie now works as a Senior Vice President for Zeno Group, part of DJE (Daniel J. Edelman) Holdings, an award-winning, global integrated agency, born from PR. She works on the digital experience team with a focus on creator marketing.
