Altitude Marketing is excited to welcome Christina Balog to its design team, further expanding the agency’s capacity to serve global clients across the life sciences, manufacturing, and enterprise technology sectors. In her new role as Graphic Designer, Balog will contribute to motion graphics, web design, and a wide range of creative projects.

Balog’s journey with Altitude began in 2023 through Northampton Community College’s Student Shadow Program. That same year, she joined Altitude as a Graphic Design Intern, gaining hands-on experience alongside seasoned designers. After graduating from Northampton Community College in 2024 with an Associate’s degree in Communication Design, she continued supporting Altitude as a freelancer, contributing to both internal and client projects in motion and graphic design. Throughout her time with the agency, Balog has demonstrated a strong work ethic, creativity, and determination to grow. Most recently, her talent was recognized with an Addy Award from the American Advertising Awards for Animation or Special Effects.

“Christina first connected with Altitude through our Northampton Shadow Day program, where her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn immediately stood out,” said Sally Reigle, Manager of Creative Operations. “From intern to freelancer, she has proven her creativity, dependability, and hard-working attitude time and time again. Her dedication to Altitude over the years has made her an invaluable part of our team, and we’re thrilled to officially welcome her as a full-time member of the creative department.”

Balog joins Altitude’s over 40 full-time employees at the agency’s Emmaus, Pennsylvania headquarters. Her addition reflects the company’s continued growth, which has earned Altitude a place on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies in America for the fourth time.
