In her new role, MacDonald will lead key client engagement initiatives, overseeing account strategy and execution for partners across the life sciences, manufacturing, and enterprise technology sectors. She will continue to play a pivotal role in advancing Altitude’s client success framework—driving collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring each engagement delivers measurable impact and long-term value.

In 2025 MacDonald was named a Lehigh Valley Business Woman to Watch. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and community engagement has earned her respect both inside and outside the agency, making her a role model for colleagues and peers alike. In addition to her role at Altitude, MacDonald serves as vice chair of the Lehigh Valley Chamber Young Professionals Council and is actively involved with the Team Vark running group through Aardvark Sportsshop.
MacDonald remains an integral part of Altitude’s team of 40+ full-time employees, all of whom are based out of the company’s headquarters in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. The agency was recently recognized by Inc. 5000 for the fourth year in a row as one of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.
