About the Role

This role is all about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for our B2B life science and manufacturing clients. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can hit the ground running—someone who understands high-level strategy and hands-on execution. From wireframing and prototyping to user research and testing, this role will transform complex ideas into seamless, engaging designs that drive results.

This position is located in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania with the majority of the work week in the office (Emmaus, PA) and some work from home.

Requirements

The designer that we’re looking for will be well-versed in the following platforms and have the following skills:

Figma
Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in working in numerous hosting environments
HTML/CSS/PHP
WordPress
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Webflow and headless CMS experience is a plus
Video / motion graphics experience is also a plus
