Alex Hernandez


Alex works to balance clients’ dreams with their needs and business goals, establishing and managing big picture marketing strategy plans that are satisfying, effective, and feasible. She seeks to build trust and cultivate a true partnership throughout the engagement.

As Director of Client Strategy & Operations, Alex is responsible for managing key client accounts as well as overseeing Altitude’s internal operations, including the production team’s schedule, production processes, and overall profitability. She focuses on the work to provide optimal ROI and tracks KPIs to give clear benchmarks for measuring performance. Grounded in a customer service background, Alex has learned to apply her marketing expertise in service to her clients based on a foundation of transparent and open communication. Developing and maintaining lasting relationships requires both a willingness to listen and an understanding of when to push harder to get the very best results—two natural talents Alex brings to the client engagement team.

A Lehigh Valley native, Alex graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. When she isn’t in the office, she can be found camping, hiking with her family, making wine, and baking world-class chocolate chip cookies.
