By combining strategic thinking with a relationship-first mindset, Alex helps clients navigate complex marketing initiatives while fostering long-term growth and partnership.

As VP of Client Engagement, Alex leads Altitude Marketing’s client engagement team, overseeing strategic account management, client success, and cross-functional collaboration across the agency. She manages a team of client engagement managers and project managers, helping ensure projects are executed efficiently, communication remains transparent, and client objectives stay at the forefront of every engagement. With a strong background in strategy, operations, and customer service, Alex is known for her ability to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, delivering impactful results while cultivating lasting client relationships.

A Lehigh Valley native, Alex graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. When she isn’t in the office, she can be found camping, hiking with her family, making wine, and baking world-class chocolate chip cookies.
