Carissa Ackley


As an Assistant Account Manager, Carissa fosters and maintains client-to-agency relationships, ensuring client satisfaction. She works with the internal Altitude account team to develop, implement and track strategic marketing services to support clients’ business goals.

With a passion for identifying consumer needs and behaviors, Carissa is able to quickly uncover the “why” behind brand strategy. She brings to Altitude a diverse educational background in corporate communication and business and is driven by enthusiasm for high-impact storytelling in marketing. Carissa spent her last semester in college with Altitude as a marketing, PR & social media intern before transitioning to a full-time role.

Carissa graduated from Penn State University with a degree in corporate communication. Outside of the office, she can be found at her home in Easton, Pennsylvania, working on her novel, creating digital art, or taking care of her aquariums.
