Laura works across all Altitude departments to direct the smooth delivery of client projects and marketing initiatives to ensure an unparalleled client experience. She understands what makes a successful engagement — trust, collaboration and delivering results. Her approach to account management is client-centric, based on goals, strategy, execution and reporting.
Laura is responsible for all customer journey activities, including onboarding, account management, strategy development & execution, and client retention. Her creativity, marketing expertise and 20 years of account management and customer service experience allow her to deliver exceptional levels of guidance to Altitude’s Client Engagement Team.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from DeSales University and strives to surround herself with art, music, and fine wine. She lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her husband where she enjoys running, playing with her two boys, and taking the dog on long walks. Laura loves to engage with her community. She volunteers with the Greater Lehigh Valley Youth Athletics and Girls on the Run, and is on the D&L Heritage Half-Marathon Committee. She is the Co-Founder of the Andrew Budraitis Foundation, an annual scholarship fund for Lehigh Valley veterans and graduates.
