Rachel is the liaison between the client and internal teams at Altitude. She works to build and maintain open communication and trust with each and Rachel manages digital advertising campaigns and strategies for Altitude clients. This includes tracking and optimizing performance, and continuously improving the digital product and process.
As Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager, Rachel can identify a variety of digital and traditional tools that will best align with clients’ desired outcomes. Prior to joining Altitude, she was a Senior Customer Service Representative for Lutron Electronics.
Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Pennsylvania State University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, checking out local wineries, breweries, and events throughout the Lehigh Valley. When she’s not out and about, she can be found baking, watching Netflix, reading, or listening to podcasts while snuggling with her kittens.
