Our Team

As Manager of Creative Operations, Sally delivers innovative design solutions for our global B2B clients while streamlining internal processes within the Creative team. Her focus on improving efficiency and aligning the department with business goals supports Altitude’s growth. Sally works hand-in-hand with Altitude’s Client Engagement managers to turn the client’s directions into captivating deliverables. She specializes in branding, logo design, and print layout, and handles creating collateral, ads, and other marketing graphics for Altitude and clients.

Sally’s leadership ensures projects stay on track and meet client expectations, while her dedication to problem-solving and mentoring strengthens the team’s ability to deliver exceptional results. By continuously refining processes and aligning creative efforts with company objectives, Sally helps Altitude stay at the forefront of innovative marketing solutions.

Prior to joining Team Altitude, Sally was a production artist at Fanatics and a graphic designer at a local marketing agency. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a minor in public relations from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. When she isn’t at work, Sally spends time as a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters Lehigh Valley. Having grown up in the Poconos, she also enjoys hiking, yoga, and taking photos in nature. When she’s not outside, you can find her reading, playing her Nintendo Switch, or playing with her pets.
