Altitude Marketing has promoted Jeff Kotran to Senior Vice President of Product and Brand, Emily Coughlin to Manager of UX, and Kyle Krajewski to Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Automation. These internal promotions will support the company’s continued growth and reflect Altitude’s investment in its people.
As SVP of Product and Brand, Kotran will oversee and streamline production operations, unifying brand, content, digital marketing, web, and creative under one umbrella. He will continue to develop and advance client-brand strategies with his innovative mindset and strategic vision. A core member of Altitude’s leadership team for over six years, he became an agency partner in January 2025. He has played a pivotal role in shaping brand direction and streamlining processes, consistently enhancing the client experience. In this expanded role, he will continue to drive the evolution of brand offerings, drawing on his expertise to deliver impactful, future-focused solutions.
As Manager of UX, Coughlin will help the design team elevate user-centered experiences across client websites. Since joining Altitude in 2022, she has grown into a -sought-after designer, trusted mentor, and collaborative teammate, consistently stepping in to support cross-functional initiatives. With a diverse background in UX and design, she is well-positioned to lead the ongoing evolution of our user experience capabilities.
Krajewski brings a unique blend of versatility and expertise to his new role as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Automation. Since starting as a summer intern in 2018 and joining full-time the following year, he has grown into a key contributor, recognized for leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering closely with the design team. His well-rounded skill set makes him well-equipped for this expanded role, where he will further advance digital marketing and automation capabilities while continuing to apply his design experience to cohesive, integrated campaigns.
